For customized or personalized products, production normally requires approximately 7–15 business days, depending on the product, order quantity, design complexity, and production requirements.

Production begins after the necessary customization information has been confirmed.

2. Estimated Shipping Time

After production and processing have been completed, estimated shipping time is generally:

Standard Shipping: approximately 7–20 business days;
Express Shipping: approximately 3–10 business days where available.

These are estimated timeframes rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Actual delivery time may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, carrier operations, public holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will normally be displayed during checkout or otherwise communicated to the customer before the order is finalized.

Shipping costs may vary according to:
