For eligible non-customized products, please contact us within 14 days after delivery if you wish to request a return.

To qualify for a discretionary return, the product should normally be:

Unused;
Unworn;
Unwashed;
In its original condition;
Returned with applicable packaging or accessories.

2. Customized and Personalized Products

Because customized products are manufactured according to customer-selected specifications, customized or personalized products generally cannot be returned or refunded solely due to a change of mind once production has started.

This includes products customized with:

Names;
Player numbers;
Team names;
Custom logos;
Custom graphics;
Customer-selected design specifications;
Other personalized elements.

Customers should therefore carefully check all customization information before confirming an order.

This provision does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights concerning defective, materially incorrect, or misdescribed products.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is materially defective, damaged, or materially different from the confirmed order, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Please provide:

Your order number;
A description of the problem;
Clear photographs of the product;
Photographs of the packaging where relevant.

After reviewing the claim, we may provide an appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances, such as:

Replacement;
Reproduction;
Partial refund;
Full refund.

The appropriate solution will depend on the nature and extent of the issue and applicable consumer rights.

4. Size Issues

Customers are responsible for checking the applicable size information before ordering.

For customized products manufactured according to the size selected by the customer, selecting an incorrect size generally does not qualify as a manufacturing defect.

However, if the product received materially differs from the confirmed size specifications due to our production error, please contact us for review.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders that have not entered production may be eligible for cancellation and refund.

Once production of a customized product has started, cancellation may no longer be possible because materials, printing, embroidery, or other customization work may already have been committed.

6. Return Authorization

Please contact customer service before sending a return.

Do not return products to an address without first receiving return instructions from us. The appropriate return location may depend on the product and fulfillment arrangement.

Unauthorized returns may cause processing delays.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Where a return results from a confirmed defect, damage, or our fulfillment error, we will handle reasonable return arrangements as appropriate.

For an accepted discretionary return that is not caused by our error, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Refund Processing

Once a refund has been approved, we will normally initiate it to the original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after refund processing for the amount to appear, although the actual posting time depends on the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

We do not control processing times imposed by financial institutions or third-party payment providers.

9. Missing Refunds

If we confirm that a refund has been issued but you have not received it after the applicable processing period, please first check with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
